early childhood consultation

Earlier in my career, my work centered extensively on early childhood mental health. I provided clinical services, consultation, training, and reflective support for parents and professionals working with infants and young children and their families.

This work deepened my understanding of the profound importance of early relationships and the ways in which a child’s emotional life unfolds within the context of family and community.

Although my professional focus has since evolved, this early work continues to inform the way I understand relationships, development, and the human capacity for change.
